RoboRaiders' Pasta Dinner Saturday

The Hillsborough High School RoboRaiders robotic team is hosting a fundraiser all-you-can-eat pasta dinner and basket raffle tomorrow, Saturday, April 21st, at the Hillsborough Municipal Building from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The dinner includes salad, pasta, meatballs, bread, dessert, and beverage.

The cost is adults - $10, seniors - $7, and children under age 8 - $5. Take-out is available.

Food Fundraiser Weekend

This past weekend the HNJJ crew ate way too much - but thoroughly enjoyed the food and the company - at two Hillsborough fundraisers.

Friday evening the Woods Road Fire Company No.3 held their All-You-Can-Eat Italian buffet...


Sunday morning the Hillsborough High School RoboRaiders held a Pancake Breakfast...

RoboRaiders Sunday Breakfast

The Hillsborough High School RoboRaiders Robotics Team is holding a Sunday morning all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 8:00-to-11:30 a.m., October 23rd, at the Hillsborough Municipal Building.



The event also includes a clothing drive. The proceeds will benefit injured Iraq war veteran Brandan Marracco through the Brandan Marrocco Road to Recovery Trust.

The cost is $7 per person.

High School RoboRaiders Fundraiser Dinner

The Hillsborough High School RoboRaiders team is having an All-You-Can-Eat Pasta Dinner fundraiser this Saturday, March 7th, 4 to 8 p.m. at the Hillsborough Municipal Building. Prices are Adults - $10. Seniors - $7, and Children (3-10) - $5.

Team RoboRaiders is the Hillsborough High School Robotics Team which competed last weekend at the 2009 FIRST Robotics New Jersey Regional Competition in Trenton. I wanted to go to photograph our team, but couldn't find a companion to go into Trenton with me; I'm not known for my sense of direction. So...the photograph above was taken at Hillsborough's Memorial Day Parade.

According to the USFIRST website, Hillsborough will be competing in Annapolis, Maryland, at the Chesapeake Regionals, March 19th - 21st.
FIRST is the acronym for "For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology."
